The Honorable Lourdes A. Leon Guerrero, Governor of Guam, and the Honorable Joshua F. Tenorio, Lieutenant Governor of Guam, have established  Prugråman i Pinilan i Famagu’on Guåhan pursuant to Executive Order 2022-07. In addition to making child care more affordable for working families, Governor Leon Guerrero, Department of Public Health & Social Services (DPHSS), Guam Economic Development Authority (GEDA) & Guam Community College (GCC) are working together to support childcare providers and grow jobs. The next cohort of the Child Care Provider Certification Program will begin April 11, 2023 at the Guam Community College followed by 2 months of on-the-job training.

• Free course to obtain a health certificate
• Receive child care certification upon cohort graduation
• Includes two (2) months paid on-the-job training at a licensed Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) Facility
