The Bureau of Child Care Services (BCCS), within the Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS), will be conducting an online survey for parents with children enrolled in licensed child care centers.

The survey will allow BCCS to better understand parents’ perspectives on quality child care and inform the need to increase quality in child care settings. The responses from the survey will also support the development of Guam’s Quality Improvement System (QIS) for licensed child care centers.

The survey will take less than five (5) minutes to complete and all responses will remain confidential. Parents who successfully complete the survey will be incentivized for their contributions. BCCS will reserve a gift bag for each parent that completes the survey. Parents may pick up the gift bags during office hours at the BCCS main office at 130 Castle Mall University Drive, Suite 15 Mangilao Guam 96923.
